IndexOf(T) Method

The object to locate in the System.Collections.Generic.IList{T}.
Determines the index of a specific item in the System.Collections.Generic.IList{T}.
Syntax
public int IndexOf( 
   T item
)

Parameters

item
The object to locate in the System.Collections.Generic.IList{T}.

Return Value

The index of item if found in the list; otherwise, -1.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
