HasFlagSet Method

Determines whether [has flag set] [the specified options].

Syntax

public static bool HasFlagSet( 
   ConceptOptions options,
   ConceptOptions flags
)

Parameters

options: The options.
flags: The flags.

Return Value

true if [has flag set] [the specified options]; otherwise, false.
